What are different types of Recruitment Options?

Contingent Recruiting

This is a model best suited for niche, technical, or confidential hiring needs. This is a success-based model where you utilize a company to hire a specific role, and we successfully place a candidate. 


How does this work? 

  • We schedule a call to learn more about the position requirements, establish an interview process, and then we start sourcing and screening candidates. 
  • Once they have passed initial screening on our end, we present them to you. Saving you time and money by interviewing top candidates or finalists. 
  • Short-term arrangement with a pay-for-performance model

Fractional Recruiting

Do you need ongoing recruiting support on a part-time or project basis? This model is best for supplemental recruiting needs without hiring a full-time recruiter. Sometimes this is done for project base recruiting projects such as setting up processes, or sourcing support.


Why would I choose this? 

  • If you need expertise on a particular area such as sourcing strategy, building playbooks, helping implement new technologies.
  • If you need part-time sourcing support for ongoing business needs such as support roles. 

Embedded Recruiting

In this format, a recruiter joins your team for a specified amount to time to build partnerships with internal stakeholders. Often used when looking for deep collaboration and a quality candidate experience. 


What does this look like? 

  • If you are trying to hire 10, 15, 100 people in the next year and you want a recruiter to join your team on a short-term basis. 
  • Terms are set for a specific time (usually 3, 6 or 12 months) and we embed ourselves into your recruiting team just like an employee. 
  • We meet with your hiring leaders, get "employee accounts", and start partnering with leaders to support open vacancies.
  • When the term limit is reached, we can extend or conclude the contract.
